How Might Christians Respond to the Question of Homosexual Marriage?

This pastor in Texas has some very good thoughts on the way we, as Christians, approach the issue that our Supreme Court will discuss this week.  I encourage you to read it.  I’d love to know your thoughts.

  1. Great read! Thank you for posting!

From a purely "political" stance and from the stance of liberty, citizens should object to the gov't being involved in social agreements and contracts. Therefore, the gov't should be completely out of marriage and leave it to the church - the original "separation of church and state" which Thomas Jefferson mentioned in a letter to the Danbury Baptists to assuage their fears of gov't interference.

    PS - please write more!
